About Nicole + Precisely Careers

Over the years, I have supported friends and people on the internet (hopefully you :) with their job-hunting process. Through serving others, I realized a need to help people navigate the process as a candidate, and that's how Precisely Careers was created. Crafting a cover letter and resume, prepping for an interview and negotiating a salary can be time-consuming and overwhelming. That's where I come in!

 

So what makes me qualified? Good question! Professional development has been a massive part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am a Certified Talent Management Practitioner ( CTMP), a designation I earned from the Canadian HR Academy. In addition, I have also completed a labour relations certification with Queen's University and earned my HR certificate with the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University. I also hold a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).

 

The funny thing is, my career originally started at Conestoga College in their journalism program, and I feel so much gratitude for being able to combine my love of storytelling and writing expertise to curate your resume and cover letter. I also have over three years of Director-level experience working in the HR world and can help you identify the next best move in your career.
